Abstract

This article is based on deference between services, facility and level of education provided by developed and developing contries. Above qualities of contries proves the impact on percentage of blindness. Also it shows how does the minor causes which can be easily preventable by some extra efferts taken by government, doctors, teachers and any educated person living in this country. Can made their country free from blindness foreverly or help to reduces the rate of blindness certainly.
