Abstract

SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF N-{[4â€™-(5â€-ARYL- 1â€-PHENYL-1--PYRAZOL-3â€-YL}-DIBENZO [B, F] [1, 4] THIAZEPIN- 11-AMINES

Abstract

Looking to the interesting therapeutic activities of pyrazolines, it was considered worthwhile to synthesized compound bearing N-{[4’-(5”- aryl-1”-phenyl-1-pyrazol-3”-yl}-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4] thiazepin-11- amines(5a-5b).(5a-5b) have been synthesizedby the condensation of 1”-[4’-(dibenzo [b, f] [1,4] thiazepin-11-yl-amino phenyl]-3”-aryl-2- ene-1”-ones with phenyl hydrazine. The constitution of the products has been characterized by elemental analyses IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectral study. The products were screened for their antimicrobial activity at 50 μg concentration by cup-plate method.
