SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF N-{[4’-(5â€-ARYL- 1â€-PHENYL-1--PYRAZOL-3â€-YL}-DIBENZO [B, F] [1, 4] THIAZEPIN- 11-AMINES

Abstract Looking to the interesting therapeutic activities of pyrazolines, it was considered worthwhile to synthesized compound bearing N-{[4’-(5”- aryl-1”-phenyl-1-pyrazol-3”-yl}-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4] thiazepin-11- amines(5a-5b).(5a-5b) have been synthesizedby the condensation of 1”-[4’-(dibenzo [b, f] [1,4] thiazepin-11-yl-amino phenyl]-3”-aryl-2- ene-1”-ones with phenyl hydrazine. The constitution of the products has been characterized by elemental analyses IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectral study.
